The Macintoch Foundation will consider applications for projects within the fields of Theatre and the Arts or Children and Education. Applicants must be registered as charities, and most grants are for less than £10,000.
Applications are simply made by letter, outlining details of the organisation, the proposed project for funding and a breakdown of the costs involved. Supporting documents should be kept to a minimum and a self-addressed envelope should be enclosed if materials are to be returned.
The foundation responds to all applications in writing and the process normally takes between 4-6 weeks.
