Arts Award Welcome
Arts Award Welcome is a badge scheme which enables organisations to define their unique offer to young people to support them in gaining their Arts Awards. Young people working toward their Arts Awards can participate as creators, performers, backstage / front of house, technicians, event managers, audience members, reviewers, volunteers, arts leaders, researchers, promoters and more, and the Welcome badge is held by a huge range of arts and cultural organisations that can support all these roles and experiences, and the following aspects of the Arts  Award:
- Taking part in the arts
- Enjoying and appreciating the arts
- Leadership/apprenticeship
- Volunteering or work placement
- Meeting arts professionals
- Showcasing young people’s work

- Putting you in touch with local arts centres, galleries, studios, theatres, film companies and arts groups. We'll let you know who they are, what they do and where to find them - see our local partners page or get in touch.
