The PRS Foundation for New Music (PRSF), which is the UK's largest independent funder for new music of any genre, provides a range of grants to groups and individuals to stimulate and support the creation and performance of new music in the UK.
The Foundations grant making programmes look to support music creators, performers, promoters, organisations and festivals, which are involved in creatively adventurous or pioneering musical activity.
PRS also provides a range of bursaries to individuals.
Since March 2000 the Foundation has made more than 2500 grants totalling some £10 million.
