To celebrate Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday, Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset Schools join forces with top musicians, artists and cultural organisations to showcase the diverse art forms of South Africa. Immerse yourself in a wonderful evening of visual arts, dance and music.
Links have been forged with a number of South African schools and the evening includes an amazing performance by Camps Bay High School Marimba Quartet from Cape Town.
Footprints of South Africa is the culmination of a six month collaborative project by Bournemouth and Poole Cultural Hub – a consortium of cultural organisations and schools working together to create inspirational learning opportunities for young people.
Come and experience a little of the amazing place that is South Africa!
