MUSIC for Early Years Foundation Stage

In 2011-12, SoundStorm is offering every Primary school in Bournemouth and Poole a free 6-week input in Early Years Music, designed to improve the confidence of classroom teachers in delivering Music to this phase of children, whilst also working with the children themselves. Included in the offer is a free resource pack which schools keep, that shows them how to make the most of their sessions

Programmed by SoundStorm and delivered by Voiceworks, this session is open to all, but is particularly targeted at those teachers and schools who have been offered the free input for Spring term, and who work in Reception/Y1. Nonetheless, it will be useful to any teachers who want to attend, from any school.

It will provide you with a range of ideas to use with EYFS students and will also introduce you to the resource pack. Voiceworks will take you through a whole programme of activities you can use with your very youngest students!

The session is essential for those schools and teachers who will be hosting Voiceworks in Spring term.
