'Into the limelight'
A two-day event, on 6th - 7th March 2008

For staff in all schools affiliated to the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust

Come and join fellow teachers in Bournemouth for the arts educaton event of the year: a creative, informative forward-looking two days exploring the latest thinking and practice in arts education.

The two days will include:
• Student performances and a special exhibition of media and
visual art
• Keynote presentations by Wayne McGregor, Resident
Choreographer for the Royal Ballet and Artistic Director of Random Dance, artist and sculptor David Mach and Neil Wilson, Headteacher, Newall Green High School
• Creative ‘practise what you teach’ workshops – bring your
dance shoes and paint brushes
• An exhibition of arts education resources
• Plenty of opportunity to network and share ideas and practice
with like-minded colleagues
