This popular series of training for artists, educators and teachers returns in the Autumn term with four more valuable sessions for your development. Run in partnership by ArtsMatrix Ltd (Dorset), wave – arts education agency, DepARTure Arts and Activate Performing Arts.

Do they get it? - How to get you and your work noticed
Your work should speak for itself, shouldn’t it? How do gallery owners, arts centres and other creative work places really view your work? This practical and interactive one-day seminar will address how to market your work more effectively and get it to the right people.

During the morning you will identify who you should be talking to, how best to reach them, and learn to speak their language. Then in the afternoon you can put your new found skills to the test by talking to the very people you need to impress (commercial gallery officer, educational gallery director, arts centre officer and schools representative). 

By the end of the day you will leave with a realistic action plan based on the skills and resources available to you to get yourself seen and heard!
